The USTAR tech team is a part of the USTAR program established to provide the student community with a centralized resource for computer technical support. Our support has been broadened to support not only virus infection, but basic network, basic hardware, and software support.

Our technicians are available five days a week: Sunday through Thursday from 6PM to 10PM . To obtain their assistance fill out the service request form: Service request form or stop by the USTAR Office located in Steinmetz Hall, room 108A during the service hours.

Please, bear in mind that we are a student organization with limited means and expertise. It is within these limits that we will do our best to help you.
